Hexarelin is a potent synthetic GHRP that stimulates GH release more strongly than most other secretagogues. It also has cardioprotective properties independent of GH.

Mechanism of Action

Acts on GHS-R receptors in the pituitary and hypothalamus to release GH. Also acts on CD36 receptors in the heart for cardioprotection.
