Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

Calculate your syringe units with confidence.

Enter your vial amount, bacteriostatic water volume, and desired dose. Get your exact draw volume, U-100 syringe units, concentration, and doses per vial — instantly.

Important — measurement tool only This calculator performs measurement conversions only. It does not recommend a peptide, dose, treatment plan, injection method, or frequency. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional and confirm your syringe type before use.
Calculator Inputs
mL (millilitres)

Quick presets
Formula used Total peptide mcg = vial amount × 1,000 (when entered in mg)
Concentration (mcg/mL) = total mcg ÷ water mL
Draw volume (mL) = desired mcg ÷ concentration
U-100 syringe units = draw volume × 100
Your Result U-100 insulin syringe
Pull syringe to 25 units on a U-100 syringe
Volume to draw 0.100 mL per injection
Concentration 2,500 mcg per mL
Doses per vial 20 estimated draws at this dose
1 mL syringe 25% filled
0 50 units 100 units

Beginner Checklist

  • Confirm the vial amount on the label
  • Confirm how much water was added
  • Confirm whether your syringe is U-100
  • Use micrograms or milligrams consistently

Clean Handling

Clean vial stoppers with an alcohol swab before each use. Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the side of the vial — never directly onto the peptide powder. Avoid shaking. Follow handling instructions from your provider.

Storage Reminders

Follow the storage instructions supplied with the product. Many reconstituted peptides require refrigeration (2–8°C). Lyophilised (dry) peptides are generally more stable. Storage requirements vary by product and supplier.
